Where To Find Us

Look out for our ground floor offices at , all with easy access for our disabled clients, at the former National Westminster Bank on Westcliffe Drive, Layton's dual carriageway.

We are directly opposite The Royal Bank of Scotland which itself adjoins Layton Cemetery. Buses stop near by, and there is a taxi rank outside our front door.

Our offices are located one mile from the town centre of Blackpool in the suburb of Layton, a far older community, which was recorded as existing in the early years of the Norman Conquest.

We are happy to help serve the legal needs of the most successful seaside resort in the United Kingdom. Every year the resident population of 150,000 hosts millions of holiday visitors who flock to enjoy Blackpool's seven miles of golden sand, numerous attractions, and an excitement and outwardness that is impossible to match elsewhere.

We are delighted to sell to you both our town and ourselves.

Blackpool Grand Theatre opened on 23rd July 1894 under its first Owner/Manager, Councillor Thomas Sergenson, who had engaged the celebrated theatre architect of the age, Frank Matcham of the City of London, to design it as 'the prettiest theatre in the kingdom'. Blackpool Airport was the scene for, perhaps, the very first major flying display in 1909 when the land now occupied by Blackpool Zoo on the easterly boundary of the town saw a dramatic airshow. The Airport later moved to Squires Gate Lane to the south of the town and, during World War 11, many military aircraft were constructed there. It was from here that Amy Johnson made her tragic, last flight as a flyer with the Women's Auxiliary who piloted warplanes from the manufacturer to their operational bases. Now wholly owned by Blackpool Council, the Airport provides business and holiday destinations for the discerning traveller.

Blackpool Tower was opened a few weeks before the Grand Theatre in 1894 as the British reply to the Eiffel Tower. Blackpool's entrepreneurs of the time after visiting Paris couldn't understand why anyone should build such an edifice, open at its base, without any real means of making money. With its collection of entertainments which include a magnificent ballroom and a permanent circus ring nestling among the four feet of the Tower, we have both a landmark, 520 feet in height, and a Grade 1* listed building, an architectural and engineering masterpiece both inside and out.
