Making Your Will

charge £54 for a Single Will.

charge £65 for a couple's joint Wills.

VAT in each case is included.

The vast majority of us never quite get round to it. Don't you think you should?

The importance of making a Will cannot be overstressed. Each Will is specifically drawn to meet the needs of the individual, financial circumstances, family commitments and the possible impact of taxation. If you don't make a Will, your family and your friends may not receive that which you would like them to have, and the Inland Revenue just might. It isn't people with lots of money who leave Wills. Everyone with concern for those close to them should care enough to do so.

All parents, especially single parents, should appoint in their Wills testamentary guardians for their children.

An unmarried couple should appreciate that, with limited exception, the survivor can inherit on the death of his or her partner only if a Will has been made.

A Will is a very technically worded document with every phrase having particular significance and meaning. It can be so easy to get it wrong. You can be sure when seeking our advice that your intentions will be realised.

Making a Will never killed anyone, and you will certainly feel a lot better afterwards, knowing your wealth will go to those you want to have it, not as could happen if you haven't made a Will.

£54 (single) and £65 (joint). A small price, indeed, for peace of mind.

If I'd have known I was gonna live this long, I'd have taken better care of myself.
