The breakdown of any family relationship causes problems for everyone involved. Whether or not the two parties are married there are all too often difficulties relating to contact with the children, maintenance and the family home.

This firm bases its approach to family problems on the assumption that it is in everyone's best interests to sort out differences in negotiation and by trying to be reasonable. This isn't always possible, but it is rare that a settlement for one party through using the Court is better than one which could have been had earlier in a spirit of active compromise.

Going to Court will afterwards often make it more difficult for the two sides to manage their children's interests the better, it is generally far more expensive and the legal costs will inevitably be paid by you in some shape or form. But if it must happen that way, then all realistic action should be pursued through the Court, quickly and effectively.
