Change Of Name

There are all kinds of reasons for wanting a change of name (first names or family surname).

Most women do it readily and informally enough when they marry and promptly adopt their husband’s surname.

Mothers often want their children to take their surname when marriage breaks down.

For others, it is a way of helping to turn their back on unpleasant memories and so pave the way to a new life with a new identity.

Provided the change of name is not for an improper motive, it can be achieved very simply by deed.

It can be a change of first name or names or surname, or all of them

We shall need your original (preferably full) birth certificate and details of your current names and those you want to take.

Then leave the rest to us.

THE COST TO YOU?   £68.00 (including VAT)

If you should have a boy do not christen him John. 'Tis a bad name and goes against a man. If my name had been Edmund I should have been more fortunate.
